About Papatoetoe Cricket Club:
PCC was formed in 1905 and has a rich history in South Auckland that has evolved over the century in an ever-changing demographic. We are now proudly located in the Kolmar Sports Recreational Sports Club located in the heart of Papatoetoe with modern facilities and indoor nets. Our 5-year plan is to be the club of choice and be the best South Auckland Cricket Community. Our fast-growing community boasts 400 + members.

Role Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced club or small business manager to join our team.
- Reporting to the board, the position will be responsible for the overall operational management of the club to achieve key community and financial objectives. (Including programs from ACA + NZC).
- This is a role with flexible hours depending on the applicant, however this will include a level of weekend and evening work (commitment) leading up to summer and summer months. These hours will be offset in the winter months where planning is the focus.
About You:
- Ability to relate to our community, our local schools, develop and maintain trusted relationships, speaking Hindi would be an advantage.
- Strong with organizational and time management skills.
- Play HQ + FriendlyManager lead. (system)
- Willingness to grow the club.
- Computer skills to include Microsoft and excel, email correspondence.
- Be part and lead an operation team including coaches, accounts, parents, volunteers.
- Previous experience within a community sport would be an advantage.
- Financial awareness including budgets, and planning + debt collection from our players.
- Grant applications, ability to build relationships with key funders to ensure successful applications.
- You love cricket.
- Team player who is a problem solver and innovated.
