ACA Report Papatoetoe vs East Coast Bays Papatoetoe batted first and there was little respite for the East Coast Bays bowlers. There must have been something in the air, given Josh Plummer also had ideas of chasing down a hundred before lunch. The left-hander played a key role in racing Papatoetoe out to 191/2 in the first session, but was trapped in front on the stroke of lunch three shy of his ton. Louis Delport took his first of three wickets immediately after lunch, removing Jake Dunford for 68. Even with a considerable platform, Papatoetoe’s middle order found it tough going. When Logan Clark was bowled for 63, Luke Istead came in and added the cherry on top with a half-century of his own. With maximum batting points in their pocket, Papatoetoe was determined not to let Bays get off to their own quick start. They fizzed in the field and reduced East Coast Bays to 70/5, putting themselves into the box seat for day two. Papatoetoe 367 (J Plummer 97, J Dunford 68, L Clark 63; M. Ross 3-37, L. Delport 3-125) is playing East Coast Bays 70/5 (L Delport 26*; B Singh 2-8, D Bhatti 2-10). |

- Coaching Corner - Coaching/Umpiring/Scoring Qualifications
|
|
Foundation Course (an email address is required for initial registration) - this course is a requirement to coach all soft ball and tennis ball grades and can be completed all online.
Advanced Foundation Course - the Foundation Course is a pre-requisite for this and involves theory as well as practical components. This is a requirement to coach all junior boys (U19 and below) and girls (U16 and below) grades.
